Can muscle repair/scar release be done after you have already explanted? Is this a major surgery or can be done under local? (Ph

I can live with the right Breast but not 1. Can muscle repair still be done even after explant? 2. Significant adhesion on the left breast would benefit from scar tissue release and pocket/crease revision. 3. Although not as noticable when I flex my right breast it also creases. What procedures can be done to rectify crease/dents that DO NOT Require lift and or re-implant? I am 48 and just want my left to more closely match the right breast.
