I am 120 pounds, 5'6, and I'll be turning 19 in November. I inherited chubbier cheeks from my mothers side and it seems like no matter what I do they don't go away! I can say the same about the slight double chin. Will surgery fix this or should I start exercising more than usual? I'll be honest I'm a little bit lazy.

Answer: Kybella Dear megathom1122,Kybella typically takes 3 to 5 treatments to work. This is why I've stopped carrying Kybella in my office. I recommend neck liposuction more often then any injectable procedure for the neck now. It provides superior results gives me more control over the area than any injectable. The liposuction can be done under local while awake in the office and recovery is about the same as kybella.Daniel Barrett, MD, MHA, MS Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, Am. Answer: Juvederm in tear troughs - Are these "ridges" product that's too close to the skin Submental fat (fat deposits under the chin) can be addressed with Kybella or liposuction. I would advise against buccal fat reduction as the long term results are often not satisfactory.
