Thank you for your question! Lumps or nodules after Kybella treatment are normal and are related to the inflammatory response that develops as your body eliminates your fat cells following Kybella treatment. Sometimes, these lumps or nodules can last several months. Personally, I have had a patient that had a nodule that persisted for 4 months before resolving on its own. I have never seen permanent lumps following Kybella treatment. I don't think 3 months out you should have a lump in normal situations.  You need an exam to make sure it is not a reaction to the injections, a lymph node from the irritation, etc.  Good luck.
