Piezo in lieu of osteotomes?

estella17
30yr old female trying to decide between two surgeons. One is a new rising revision rhinoplasty surgeon who uses Piezo and the other surgeon is overseas and does not use Piezo but developed techniques now employed by revision rhinoplasty surgeons. Piezo and osteotomes in the wrong hands can cause a lot of damage but my question is how safe is Piezo and how can I ensure the integrity of my mucosal lining and turbinates are protected as Piezo tends to overheat.
