It has been 14 months since my rhinoplasty. Overall, I notice a difference in the appearance but it is not as dramatic as I was hoping for. I didn’t want a Turkish nose job, but I still think my nose tip is bulbous and overall too large for my face. Also, when I close my right nostril and inhale through the left, it closes up somewhere inside and I can barely move any air. Do you think I would benefit from a revision?
