Butt implants widen and curve my hips?

I’m a MTF Trans, I need to know that butt argumentation will curve my hips and widen to a extent or do I need to get hip implants to make my hips widen n curved

Without seeing your body it is hard to give advice so I’ll give you the general answer. If you have 10-20 pounds of extra fat that can be liposuctioned and transferred to the buttocks and hips. Now, if you are skinny or very athletic and have no fat to harvest and transfer, buttock and/or hip implants may be your answer. Allow me to answer your question as best i can without any photos. However, please keep in mind that an in-person consultation with physical exam, or at least a virtual consultation, is first necessary before any legitimate evaluation or final surgical recommendations can be made.

Buttock implants occasionally provide the added feminine hourglass curves that many patients are looking for. However this is mostly only when viewing the postoperative result from the back side . When trying to achieve that “hour-glass” figure while being viewed from the front side of the body, actual cosmetic hip implants need to be placed either at the same time or instead of buttock implants.

In general, cosmetic hip implants are the most reliable, predictable, and permanent option for filling in the hip dips and creating more of that feminine hourglass figure, whether slim or not.  On the other hand, fat transfer to the hip area tends to survive quite poorly in most patients and thus produces only short term results (often less than 10-12 months). Injections/fillers such as Sculptra or hyaluronic acids are cost prohibitive (i.e. guaranteed to be the biggest waste of money of your entire lifetime), short lasting and possibly deadly with high volume injections. Others such as silicone/PMMA/hydrogels/etc are cheap but extremely dangerous and a personal commitment to a life of serious and sometimes deadly consequences. Typically hip implants are best custom designed and created for each individual patient’s anatomy. Because an extremely few number of board-certified plastic surgeons perform this procedure, make sure you seek consultation with a reputable and experienced cosmetic hip implant specialist.  You may have to travel a long distance from home to find this particular surgeon. Glad to help.

The body shape of a male and female individual are definitely dependent to a large extent on the gentle S curvatures we are able to create around the flanks around the hips and waist areas. Although liposuction around the areas as required to create the ideal shape is a procedure that will yield great results , it can be supplemented with fat grafting to the buttock area in the same sitting to help accentuate the gluteal region even more. If the presence of fat is already low then further augmentation options via implants can be considered. The majority of the plastic surgeons in the United States don’t offer gluteal implants for good reason.
The procedure has a high complication and failure rate.
With your implants are best placed intramuscularly which means it will only augment the exact anatomy of the gluteus muscle. gluteus muscles does not give any hip projection. If hip projection is desired than a hip implant needs to be added as well.
Fat transfer it’s a far better way to do this if someone has sufficient amounts of subcutaneous fat for grafting procedures.
There are only a handful of plastic surgeons who truly specialize in gluteal augmentation. This procedure should only be done by those who do it on a regular basis and have mastered the procedure.
Even then the complication and failure rate is high.
