Ultra high profile implants or high profile? What will be the main difference? (Photo)

High profile implants should be adequate to give you the volume you desire with a width that matches your chest wall.  Ultra high implants have very higher projection and may not look as natural.  Also their narrower base will not provide the upper pole fullness you desire. 

so, the difference is the projection, all things being equal meaning a 450HP vs 450UHP, the UHP will project(stick out) off the chest slightly further and be a little narrower on the chest, that is big difference. 

Great question and good luck with your surgery!  The main difference between different implant profiles when comparing the same volume ("cc's") is the projection (height) and width. . . so basically their dimensions.  The higher the profile, the taller or more projected the implant and in addition, the higher profile implants tend to be narrower.  The choice of implant is best discussed in person with your plastic surgeon because it really depends on the volume and measurements of your chest. For example, a person with a more wide chest and thus wider natural breast width (aka breast footprint) will not be best suited with a higher profile implant because the width of the implant will not match the width of their natural breast and can therefore give an unnatural, and I daresay, sometimes odd look to the breast.  The moral of the story . . . the choice of your implant is important, should be based on your anatomy, and should be discussed with your surgeon! Ultra high profile implants offer more projection than high profile implants. The question is whether or not the size( in ccs) that you are getting will give you what you are wanting to achieve. 
If you are looking for more cleavage then you may need a wider implant which would be found in a high pfofile implant. Now if you are looking for more volume to give you more upper pole fullness then I would recommend a much larger version of either. Discuss your goals thoroughly with your surgeon. Pictures alone cant provide enough insight into your expectations. Best Wishes 

Based upon the series of posted photos I think you were not a candidate for UHP or PF implants. I would have used moderate+. But added fat grafting to upper poles or a 'composite' revision augmentation + lift. Best to seek only boarded PSs in Miami.
