Which forehead reduction procedure is best for a female who desires an oval face shape? FUE or SHA w/ rounding grafts

I desire an oval face shape. However, my forehead is large and my hairline is the inverse of a round hairline. Born with this, it makes me look like a balding man, so I never wear my hair up. I want a round hairline, but I see beautiful models who have hairlines that are not perfectly round. A doctor has told me that I am a good candidate for SHA (w/ rounding grafts) and FUE, and says FUE compliments my face more. I'm still having a difficult time choosing. Which one would give me an oval face?

An assessment takes into account such factors as the apparent thickness and curl of your donor hairs, the color contrast between your scalp and hair, your hair loss pattern, your age, and many other factors. The state of the art technique is FUE (follicular unit extraction), performed with a hybrid blunt punch that minimizes graft transection while allowing for the use of the smallest possible punches to minimize donor site scarring while maximizing regrowth.
In your situation, the answer to your question depends on the type of look you are going for. You can fill in just the temples with FUE or lower the hairline while filling in the temples with FUE or a surgical hairline advancement to lower the central hairline and several months after you can fill in the temples with FUE.
