I think my garment is not quite tight enough. How should it fit? I have to keep pulling it up. I had liposuction on the abdomen, flanks and inner thighs four days ago.

The sensory nerves traveling through the fat to the skin are injured during liposuction. This leads to numbness. As the nerves heal, the numbness should subside but this will take months. You may experience tingling and burning sensations as the nerves heal. All my best.
It may take many months for the skin to fully heal and hopefully the dark spots will resolve as well. If they don't you may need a lightening cream.
It would be best for you to see your surgeon to determine if this is swelling or fat. If you press on the area and it indents significantly, it could be swelling. If this truly is an area of fat, you would need liposuction to remove it.
