i had redensity2 done on my undereyes less than a week ago. many people have said my face is too thin. i dont want any changes that make me look fake but id like to have a more attractive face if its possible.O pen to anything age related/ shaping/other Open to implants but not all changes are attractive so 8 need your critical opinion!!

Rhinoplasty, cheek implants, chin implant etc. for a more attractive and masculine face. A rhinoplasty can refine your tip, slightly elevate the tip, remove the hump, correct your nasal/septal deviation etc. This Should improve your breathing as well as making your nose straighter and more attractive. Cheek implants as well as a chin implant can subtly improve your facial balance. Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your
photograph, you are a great candidate for malar enhancement.  This can be
done in one of two ways.  Voluma is an injectable filler which can be
injected into the malar region as a temporary filler.  Malar implants can
be placed as a permanent way to gain volume in the cheek.  I always use
medpor implants with screw fixation.  Silicone malar implants tend to
have a high rate of malrotation over time.  A chin implant could also strengthen your jawline.   The most important
aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek
consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate
you in person.

Both implants and fillers in the cheeks can create good results for patients.  Both can build up the cheeks and create symmetry.  You must balance the pros and cons of each procedure and do what you feel is the best decision for you.
Fillers:
Pros: No downtime Reversible Quick
Cons: Temporary More expensive in long run
Implants Pros: Permanent Great for patients with poor bone structure Less expensive overtime
Negative: Risks associated with surgery Possible infection Downtime

Chin implants are placed for patients who have a weak and  recessive chin profile in order to give a stronger chin.  Cheek implants are placed for patients who have a flat maxilla and a flat cheek profile. You have an attractive face to start. The photos are nice, and I can may be see need for chin augmentation. But for other type of contouring needs, I would recommend an inpatient consultation. Like I mentioned earlier, you have a handsome face and you don't want to do too much. There are filler, fat grafting and implant options but better to talk about these options in person. Best wishes

I suggest you consider both cheek and Chin implants combined with a rhinoplasty to give you a stronger more defined face. This would improve facial contours and proportions with a natural appearance.
