When do infections most commonly develop after cheek implants?

I got cheek implants 10 days ago and there seems to be no signs of infection so far. Wondering how long an infection typically takes to develop? Also - there was a tiny hard white bump (not painful) by one of the incision cites. Looked like a white head. Seemed to be there almost immediately after the surgery (within a few days but can't be sure). It's shrinking and almost gone. Is this something I need to be concerned about? Thank you for your feedback!
