Head and Shoulders shampoo just after 11 days of hair transplant - has it damaged my hair grafts?

If you have issues after your hair transplant surgery it is best to follow up with your doctor.  There should be no issue with using any shampoo.

2 months after hair transplant all grafts take or some of them lost anyway and you can start to your normal life and  may wash your head  just like before operation how often and which shampoo you use.

It is recommended to use a very mild shampoo the first month after a procedure like Baby Shampoo or something recommended by your doctor. I would contact your hair restoration surgeon to see what they recommend.

I generally recommend this shampoo after 10 days following a hair transplant as it keeps the flaking down.
