Head and Shoulders shampoo just after 11 days of hair transplant - has it damaged my hair grafts?

Most of the hairs got broke didn't fall. I had hair plantation 1 month 26 days ago.

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.   Everybody has a different perception of pain and only your doctor knows what was really done during your surgery.

12 days post Hair Transplant, still have crust and low hair volume, will it be more dense after 12 months? (photos)

It can take 6 to 12 months after surgery to see results.  If you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor.  There is no way to tell if your surgery was a success only 12 days after surgery.

Want to get Hair Transplant repositioned and softened up. How long for the punch holes to heal up if it was a 1mm punch tool?

It would be very difficult to "reposition" transplanted hairs from your hair line.  You would need to speak with your doctor for a better assessment.
