She is an amazing surgeon! I never thought I would have attractive breasts after a reduction. I love the way they look! I am very satisfied with the results and I recommend Dr. Vaniver so anyone in search of breast reconstruction.
Breasts went from matronly to millennial! 53 year old 34DDD's kept sinking into the sunset and pulling my back and shoulders with them. Every year a little more problem. Final getting numbness down to my fingers got me serious about someone to entrust with getting them back in the right hemisphere. Loved finding a 5 star rated, board ceritified surgeon had come to eastern Washington. Being a somewhat shy gal, Dr Vaniver put me at ease right away with her warm demeanor and clear direction. She's a fabulous mix of art and science. Vicki, her nurse, was so detailed and organized. Applying for insurance to cover, then responding to denial, acceptance! They were prepared with great instructions and medications. 1 month out, breasts are tender but a perfect 36 c. Now making a list and working extra shifts to have her help defy gravity in other areas! You can't find a better physician.
Having gone through the trauma of a double mastectomy and wanting to have reconstruction Dr Vaniver was recommended by my surgeon. She was so supportive, understanding, such a blessing to me at that time. She took the time to walk me through the whole process and gave me different avenues to research the process and alternatives available. I really felt that I was in the best hands possible and had complete faith in her and her abilities. I knew I did not need to look any further. It is a long process but Dr Vaniver was available at every step and I never felt like I was in it alone. Her Nurse Vicki was exceptional and just as caring, always had a smile and so very gentle when handling all the incisions. Because of the long process they became like family. Believe me when I tell you they deserve the 5 star rating, you will not be disappointed in selecting them for your provider.
She is actually in Pasco at Lourdes. She has done Botox, fillers and laser on my face. She is amazing! She makes me very comfortable and treats me like she would a good friend. Together, with her nurse Vickie, they make the perfect team to take care of me before, during and after procedures. They are terrific!
I had a nipple sparing full mastectomy and went to Dr. Karen Vaniver for the reconstructive surgery. First, Karen is one of those rare doctors who treat you like an individual, looking at you holistically instead of a bean to count. She instantly puts you at ease with her great hugs and kind words. She pays specific attention to small details about you from one visti to the next, in other words you know she cares about the person inside. Clincally speaking her skill is supberb! The results of my reconstructrive surgery are a positively amazing transformation. I was fortunate enoungh to be born with the perfect C cup nicely shaped breasts, and when they were gone it was tough on my body image and confidence. Now I have back the same size breast with a few differences that I am getting used to. There is scarring, but she did a great job at hiding the scarring to only underneath the breast and a few on the sides. Also, she does a great job at working with you to manage the pain. I am one of those people who don't do well with pain medications (it makes me quit sick), but she used other types of medications that work well with the pain medicine to help the healing process. Additionally, her nurses and staff are very knowledgable, kind, and just plain wonder to work with as well. I would absolutly recommend Dr. Vaniver and her staff to anyone!
When I made an appointment to go see Dr. Vaniver, I was pretty stressed out. One of my old implants (from a double mastectomy 25 years ago) had suddenly changed, become very hard and had moved greatly out of position. I was frightened about what had happened all of a sudden and was very concerned about what was going on. I felt very welcomed by Dr. Vaniver and her assistant, Vicki, and was immediately put at ease. We discussed the probable causes of my situation and Dr. Karen scheduled me for surgery as soon as possible. She replaced my original double lumen implants with silicone implants, which were very soft and natural feeling. Although the surgery was much harder on me than I thought it would be (I thought I would be up and at it in a few days, even though she had told me it would be much longer than that) she and Vicki helped me through the healing stages (both physical and mental) with positive attitudes and encouragement, which made me feel a whole lot better. I am very happy with the results. I did have some skin adjustments made 6 months later, and again, it was a positive experience. I appreciate Dr. Vaniver's skill and expertise and always felt myself to be in good hands. She's an excellent surgeon and cares very much about her patients and the results she provides them. Her assistant was also beyond helpful and is a wonderful compliment to Dr. Vaniver's practice. I highly recommend her both as a skilled surgeon and someone who really cares about providing the results the patient is looking for. She goes above and beyond to make sure that happens. Thank you Dr. Vaniver!
I struggled with neck and back issues for years & nothing seemed to help relieve the pain, I also had terrible pain in my shoulder area, I had to take alot of ibuprofen on a normal day. Also after having 2 kids my breasts were not only large but extremely saggy, I felt deformed. I put this surgery off for years and wish I would've done it sooner.
I had done my research for many months before I decided to go through with it. I chose Dr. Vaniver and I am glad I did. She listened to me and what I wanted to do with my body. I made the chose was not pressured into doing what I did not want. They day of my surgery went very well. Dr. Vaniver and her nurse took great care of me and I knew that I was in great hands. If I had any problems after my surgery all I had to do was give them a call and I was seen that day, mind you this I didn't have any issues. I am glad I went through with the procedure and I wouldn't go to anyone else for anything. If you are considering this surgery then please consider Dr. Vaniver and her staff as they take great care of their clients.

This was my first time using latisse for the wrinkles around my lips and the results were beautiful, the wrinkles above my lips were removed and my frown lines were diminished. I had no pain throughout the process. I had an amazing experience and would recommend latisse to anyone wanting to diminish the appearance of age-related wrinkles.
You appear to have some swelling and inflammation in this photo. Many people have some allergy to Polysporin. As an expert in wound healing, I have found a hydrogel, such as Solosite, applied twice daily to be effective. Please speak to your surgeon about your concerns. The majority of these wounds heal nicely.
It is very unusual for Botox to cause permanent temporal wasting when used for Crow's feet. In some aging patterns, temporal wasting is simply part of the syndrome. Your awareness mat have been tirggered by attnetion to this area. Luckily, fillers, such as Radiesse and Voluma, can be used to improve this condition.
Submuscular breast augmentation does put some stress on the pectoralis muscles. There may me small, band- like fibers over the pocket. Also, the body has developed a capsule around the implants. Using the rowing machine will stretch and stress the pectoralis muscle.it is likely that you developed some muscle strain, or perhaps a small tear in the capsule. Rest the muscle a bit, and try some aniinflammatory meds, such as Ibuprofen. Gentle massage and stretching will help. If you develop worsening pain or swelling, please see your plastic surgeon.
Withou photos, it is difficult to truly envision your concerns. Studies on laser liposuction has not really shown any advantages, and there are more risks of burning the skin and scarring. Hopefully, revision liposuction by a capable, board certified plastic surgeon, can resolve your areas of concern.i wish you the best of luck.
I have used both juvederm and Restylane for lips. In my hands, I think I have a slight preference for the results I obtain with Restylane. I also see somewhat less bruising. I don't notice a significant difference in duration.I can't stress enough how important it is to have your injectable treatments performed by an expert injector. Board certified plastic surgeons are trained to appreciate your facial aesthetics and anatomy, understand how to choose the appropriate products for you, understand injection techniques and pitfalls, and are competent in treating complications. There are times when non- invasive treatments are effective, and times when surgery is the best answer. Your plastic surgeon is generally the individual best qualified to answer this question.
