Can lipoma be caused from the a fall?

After falling March 17th ,2017 my massage therapist discovered about 2 to 3 weeks later that I had a lump, after my MRI it was found I have a lipoma which is being removed surgically. I read that lipoma can be caused by falls, I fell on all fours in the ice,
