I have a tissue expander in situ post mastectomy. My mastectomy was 300cc and my expander has been filled to 800cc. I am very worried about the size andif i will be able to hae a smaller implant when the expander is exchanged at my next surgery. Is it possible to have a smaller implant after expansion?

Its always hard to tell with just one photo, but your breast appears red and edematous. I would highly recommend seeing your surgeon sooner rather than later. You may need to have that implant taken out if there is a persistent infection.
Dear bunz123,
it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
