For the doctors who have experienced patients with true BoNT/a resistance, that is, complete secondary treatment failure across all brands. Have any of your patients ever responded again after a long treatment break? If so, please advise how long? Studies show anywhere between 3-10 years however there isn’t much confirmation of a return to clinical responsiveness even when antibodies have dropped into the negative range.
