Side of my nose moves up when I smile on one side - is there a way to fix this?

I have an asymmetrical smile. One the right side of my face when I smile my nose moves too much and my nasolabial folds are too prominent, the left on is fine Is there a way to fix this I’ve attached pictures Thank you so mcuh

I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine Sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, skin tightening treatments such as Thermage, Fractora, and Renuvion (J Plasma), thread lifting,  and peels to get the most conservative, natural look. We are all asymmetrical to some degree and you certainly fall within normal limits.  You can use fillers to help improve the nasolabial folds and make them more even.  This would be the better starting point rather than trying to adjust the smile via Botox.
