How to resolve, soft, discolored area on forehead after getting Botox for a year? (Photos)

After a year of receiving botox there is a area of forehead that is getting darker and larger . Tried 4 months of no injections and just looked even more noticeable and terrible and has not resolved

You need to be carefully examined. It is really hard to see what is going on in photographs. I see shadows that I guess are perceived as dark areas. There may be other explanations apart from botox (significant weight loss, forehead atrophy in frontal fibrosing alopecia, etc). Find a knowledgeable dermatologist and bring many photographs before and after! I wish you luck!
