How much should I weigh in order to jave tram flap reconstruction?

I had a mastectomy in 2008 and want the tram flap reconstruction. I weigh 245lbs right now. I really need this surgery I am 32 and its hard to lose weight I also had my thyroid removed and they said it would affect my metabolism. I dont want implants and dont know what to do.
