2 weeks post op. What can I do to make my breasts even? (Photo)

Question

Hi I had my old implants replaced with new and a benelli. One breast seems to be settling nicely while the other feels to be "pulling" underneath and not filling out under nipple like the other one. I don't like my one side to have nipple pointing down. Especially from the side. Is this something that will work itself out? Or will I need a revision? I'm worried and don't have a follow up for a few more weeks.

You need to compare your before photo so you can see what we see as a pre operative asymmetry to begin with. The result is acceptable. But if you are not happy than further surgery after 4 months healing could be undertaken.///

The answer to your question is to have patience.  Wait, the implants will settle and everything should continue to heal over the next months.  As always consult your surgeon as he/she will have instructions they will want you to follow.

Your breasts look very nice this soon after surgery.  Perfect symmetry after surgery is unlikely since you did not have perfect symmetry afterwards.  When the time is right, your surgeon will likely advise massage and certain range of motion exercises with that side that will continue to improve this side.
