Will I be able to wear push up bras with anatomic, textured, gummy bear implants that seem to be immobile?

With textured, anatomic, gummy bear implants, I was aware that it wont move as much as the smooth surfaced implants. Are both textured / smooth anatomic implants available in the US? When I had my implants placed, the doctor did not ask which one I wanted so I assumed smooth anatomic gummy bear implants weren't available. How will I wear pushup bras when the implants are grounded in their position?

I use Steri-strips on my incisions to help reinforce the skin edges and help make a finer scar. I usually don't like to leave them in place for longer than a week because they will start to get cruddy (Sorry - medical term) and I worry about the possible development of bacterial infections...

With regards to implants, there is a wide range of quality and obviously the higher quality of the implant the more expensive implants cost. I would encourage patients to make their decision based on achieving the best possible results and not on the cost of the implants, as an extra $1,000...

Blood loss during the surgery is minimal and by this time any drugs from the anesthesia should be cleared out of your system. However, you should discuss this with your surgeon before donating.

There are varying criteria for breasts to have a tubular breast deformity.  Additionally, these different criteria occur in differing amounts.  Your left breast is more tubular than your right. The appearance of your breasts could be nicely improved with a lift, however.

I am in agreement with your surgeon, at 4 weeks you should be able to start strenuous exercise, but start gradually and see how you fee. By six weeks you should be able to resume all of your normal activities. Good luck.

A draining breast implant incision is concerning. It is better to be aggressive in these situations to make sure that the implant does not get infected or already have an infection.  Dr. ES
