Will I be able to wear push up bras with anatomic, textured, gummy bear implants that seem to be immobile?

All "anatomic" or shaped implants available in the US are textured. This is to prevent rotation of the implant once it is placed. Because these implant have a defined shape to them you do not want them changing position.Regardless of what implant you have, you should be able to wear any type of bra once you have completely healed from your surgery. Discuss this with you surgeon first since we all have different recomendation of when it is ok to begin wearing regular bras after surgery.

Don't worry about not being able to wear a pushup bra with textured implants. It is possible and will maximize your cleavage line. However, make sure to wait a few months after your surgery before wearing any underwire bra, particularly if you have had an inframammary incision.
