Will I have more cleavage if I go bigger? (photos)

Question

I believe I booby greed. To me my new breast do not look big at all. I'm a little disappointed in the fact that I have no cleavage with or without a bra. My husband says they big and I shouldn't get bigger. I just don't want to make a mistake in going larger if it isn't going to give the results I want. I have 320cc HP saline. Will I achieve more cleavage if I go bigger or would it be best to stay as I am? I love my new breast. Please help me make the right decision. Your opinion is valued. Thanks.

Post-operative cleavage will depend on your pre-surgery cleavage. You have wide-set breasts, which means you'll probably continue to have wide-set breasts after surgery. However, while you may have a bit of improvement, it may not be as much as you want. Unfortunately, your surgeon can only do so much to give you cleavage before it looks abnormal, since the implants have to remain centred underneath your nipples. For this reason, you probably won't get the cleavage you want with larger implants.

The width of your upper body may be what is preventing the appearance of #cleavage. Such is a determining factor for the outcome. Additionally, the final result is contingent on shape of body and your desired outcome. Some factors which contribute to the outcome of a breast #augmentation are #size, #shape, and #profile. The #profile is determined by the amount of #projection versus roundness that the you desire, as well as the #size of the implant per the width of your chest. Also, the placement or incision location will also have an effect on profile. Another factor to consider is if the implants will be placed in #submammary or #submuscular positions. Increasing your current implant #size may cause #sagging. Typically, to increase implant size the #pocket will need to be adjusted and a #breast lift may be necessary; to better #support the weight of the implants. However, it is possible that the #pockets may need to be adjusted. Creating a #neopectoral #pocket is sometimes used as a technique to provide a stronger more secure placement for breast #implants. In this case, the implant is removed and the capsule is dissected from the muscle to create a new or “neo” pocket for the implant. Therefore, your implants may need to be re-positioned.Additional elective cosmetic #surgery is a personal choice. Your procedures should always be performed by a #Plastic Surgeon who is board-certified and has a great deal of experience specializing in cosmetic #surgery.

Your breast size looks big enough for your frame - I would not recommend going bigger. Breast implants alone will not give you cleavage - that is what bra's are for.

Your results looks nice and you should not take a decision about a new surgery this early, please be patient and let time guide you with your feeling abot this surgery, take the advises of your husband and your plastic surgeon, in my honest opinion you should not go bigger.

I think the size you have are big enough for your body frame.  And remember the larger you go the heavier the implants and over time you will have more thinning of your breast tissue and sagging.  Cup size is relative you can be a D cup at Victoria Secrets and a C cup at Walmart so go with how you feel and how your clothes fit.
