I had 330cc sub muscular implants on the 25/10/2014, I had a pretty easy week and then attempted to drive to my wound check-up which is a 1hour 30minute round trip. I struggled with getting the car into 5th and 6th gear as the pain was pretty bad. When I got home i had a sneezing fit which made my left breast feel even worse. The pain is under the implant and feels very similar to a running stitch. Have i just damaged an already damaged muscle?? or is it something more serious?

Answer: Breast Augmentation with Pain after Exertion I'm so sorry to hear of your difficult trip for your check-up. Talk to your surgeon. He/she will know where there are sutures and if you need to be concerned.Best of luck.

Answer: Pain after breast augmentation xxk4yleighxx,None of this sounds serious---annoying, yes. Such discomfort can be caused by recovering nerves which were stretched during the surgery, or occasionally by muscle spasm. Another possibility, particularly if you can feel a cord-like structure under the skin in the area of discomfort, is the evolution of a clotted vein which will become tender and sore and then will resolve in a few weeks. That is localized phlebitis (vein inflammation) that is sometimes improperly called Mondor's cord, and it usually occurs in a superficial vein or veins that run vertically across the inframammary fold. This phenomenon occurs more often with crease incisions. Bring these concerns to the attention of your surgeon so that you can be evaluated if it is deemed necessary. I hope that this helps.
