Question

I had a breast reconstruction. And I want a natural look. My Dr will not give me his opinion on what sizes fit right on me. I will be having the exchange in April. I want to go bigger. I think i have 600cc Dr also wont tell me exactly how much ccs is in the tissue expander plz help not sure if Im already to big

Looking at the pictures the TE are in place and are inflating the superior portion of the breast and have not expanded the bottom of the breast.  This has allowed the Nipples and areola to be too low, therefore in my opinion you will need to have a lift to raise your nipples.  You have the option of an implant for reconstruciton after the TE comes out or you can use your own tissue in the form a perforator flap (DIEP, PAP opt GAP).  This option will give you a natural appearing and soft breasts. Good luck an I hope this was helpful.

Your short term result are ver good after your nipple sparing mastectomies.  Of course you are entitled to know how much fluid are in your expanders. Please call there office and specify you would like this information.  You should not have your exchange surgery until your better understand this and what choices are available to you moving forward.  I use 3D imaging before and after breast reconstruction to help avoid some of this confusion.  It is the same information I use for breast augmentation patients to help guide them.
