based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

So, you have a reasonable amount of laxity of skin on your upper and lower abdomen along with it, I can see that you have a reasonable amount of fat. So, you need a liposuction and a full tummy tuck. Full tummy tuck will also help in tightening your divarication of recti muscles. Your belly button can also be restored. So, you need a full tummy tuck to achieve good results. 

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. Based on the pictures demonstrating skin and muscle laxity above and below the muscle, you would best be served with a full tummy tuck procedure.  This will afford you the results results.  Hope this helps.

Your photos show a muscle separation (diastasis) and a bit of looseness to the skin in the upper abdomen. This combination is best addressed with a full tummy tuck.

Thank you for your question.I would recommend a full tummy tuck. This would tighten all the lose skin above and below the belly button. It would also repair the umbilical hernia and diastasis. The scar typically runs low and from hip bone to hip bone.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, skin laxity, and history of a c-section, you are a better candidate for a full tummy tuck with liposuction.  This can be done through a low and short incision, all completely below the bikini line.  The belly button can be designed to look natural and have no scars on the exterior.   Your muscles can also be plicated resulting in a flat abdomen.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.
