What would it be recommended. How long would it be the incision? I had a c section. Belly button is totally out. Diastasis recti 1 finger.
Answer: Considering options From your photos it appears you will have the best results from a standard tummy tuck. This would address both the upper and lower abdomen, correct the full diastasis and remove excess skin. The result will be a flatter, tighter tummy. The incision will be around the belly button and between the hips. The c-section scar will be removed as part of the procedure. The next step is to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation.

Answer: Tummy tuck Dear evalrt, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Tuck For your flattest and tightest abdomen, a full tuck is best. You can get good improvement with a mini tuck, but it does not tighten or remove excess upper abdominal skin.

Answer: Mini vs Full Tummy Tuck So, you have a reasonable amount of laxity of skin on your upper and lower abdomen along with it, I can see that you have a reasonable amount of fat. So, you need a liposuction and a full tummy tuck. Full tummy tuck will also help in tightening your divarication of recti muscles. Your belly button can also be restored. So, you need a full tummy tuck to achieve good results.
