I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Thank you for posting your question here !My answer will be based on the limited information and pictures provided , for a detailed and bespoke plan please consult with a plastic surgeon in person.I am sorry that you have to deal with this issue , I am not sure what went wrong based purely on the post op pictures , but I can see how the end result is not satisfactory. There are many ways to help improve on your result from a revision to creating a brand new belly button the decision on which will depend on the finding on physical exam ( amount of laxity and tissue available to work with etc... If your surgeon is unable or unwilling to revise it I would recommend consulting with a different surgeon to weigh in your options.I hope this helps, best of luck!
