47 yo female— I have some loose skin sagging above my naval and wonder if umbilicoplasty could improve that. I’m not looking to have a tummy tuck or reverse tummy tuck, I just want to target skin in the middle there. (I’m posting a photo, the red creases are marks left by my clothes). I recognize I’ll still have some loose skin in my upper abdomen but I’m primarily interested in improving the area right above my navel and wonder if it would help.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Generally speaking, umbilicoplasty can help with minor loose skin around belly button. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
