You should wait at least 6-8 moths before considering revision. That can be done in local anesthesia. In person second opinion consultation will help to discuss your options.

You would be a good candidate for revision of your belly button. Based on this limited photo, a scar revision would help a lot. If there are other issues with contour, they can also be addressed as well with other potential maneuvers.

I would firs exhaust all forms of massage and silicone gel creams for at least 1 year from the procedure. If after this the scar is still bothering you, I would recommend a scar revision. This can be done under local in the office.

You need to be more specific about what you do not like for your umbilicus looks fine in the photo you showed. If the scarring is a concern, use micro-needling to improve it.
