Can I inject the ligaments on my face? Like prolotherapy? I want to lift up my facial fat pads.

I've heard of the truelift, but they inject filler under the base of the ligament creating a lift, without tightening actual ligament, correct? To me it makes more sense to inject the actual ligament with an irritant to stimulate collagen and tightening of the ligament. I am only 23, I got very malnourished, dehydrated 1 night, I screwed up my face accidentally and many of my contours mainly my fat pads slipped down drastically in one night. Perhaps the ligament stretched? My skin is mostly ok
