Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon
Thank you for your question. Keep in mind we all have a degree of asymmetry. In your situation, your left side is your smaller side. This may be due to sleeping on that side, sun exposure in the car, or simply the genetic traits that run in your family. If your asymmetry bothers you, the best way to address the concern is with some well-placed dermal filler to add subtle volume in the areas that do not appear as full. Sometimes we also use a tightening on the cheeks like Ultherapy with more treatment on the fuller side, as it will be prone to sagging. These procedures require precision and a light touch to achieve a natural result. Choose an experienced, board-certified dermatologist to ensure an optimal outcome.
Hello and thank you for your question. Asymmetry like yours can be effectively addressed using some well-placed dermal filler. This treatment adds subtle volume along the jawline and in other areas of the face to enhance the contour and create a more harmonious facial shape. This treatment should only be performed by an injector who has the experience, training, and expertise to produce the most natural, beautiful results.

Hello, when I looked at your photos, I noticed that the nasolabial depression on your left side is much more pronounced. This could be due to a congenital asymmetry or, if you consistently sleep on that side, it might be a result of a 'pillow crease' caused by always resting on the same side. When recommending a solution, I suggest Radiesse for your left nasolabial fold. Radiesse not only provides lifting, tightening the left side of your face slightly more upward, but also acts as a filler, filling in the depression in your left nasolabial line and bringing it closer to the right side. I recommend it with confidence.
It appears you are a candidate for FaceTite. This minimally invasive procedure uses RF technology to tighten skin and melt fat of the lower face and neck. No general anesthesia is required. Results can be enhanced by adding Morpheus8 treatments. See my website or a provider near you to learn more.
FAT GRAFTING IS A VERY EFFECTIVE WAY TO CORRECT FACIAL ASYMMETRY IT USUALLY TABES MORE THAN ONE PROCEDURE
Asymmetry can come from either your bone structure or muscle imbalances. Botox and fillers can be used to even out your face. You may ask for botox, fillers, and PDO. A combination of all may be attempted to correct the asymmetry. Please contact a qualified provider with extensive experience in these procedures.
