I am indian girl.i am having dark and dry skin around mouth and nose.i had done glycolic peel also but it didn't make any difference.what should i do?its really embarrassing.

We use skin lighteners often with Glycolic peels and the two treatments in concert work synergistically. Our preference for skin lighteners are the Melarase creams after chemical peels.Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles

I would suggest using Melapads daily exfoliating pads and Melarase to help even out your skin complexion and improve the burn marks. In addition, PDL may also help.Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles

Scabbing after 40% glycolic peel? Will this redness go away?

The redness will likely subside. For our patients we have them use Elevase creams to help hydrate the skin after a chemical peel. If redness persists, you may consider having pulsed dye laser treatments. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles
