I had a septorhinoplasty 3 years ago. My breathing is worse and CT scans look similar. Is my septum still deviated? (Photos)

It's hard to do a full assessment based off one slice from a CT scan like what you have here, because it could be that it's the "same"/straight at this view but if you march further back or forward, you see something different. That said, it appears from these views that your septum WAS operarted on and that it is likely not hte contributor to your nasal obstruction. My recommendation would be to get an internal exam and/or check your valve function as that is almost always the culprit when the septum/turbinates have been addressed.
