I had a septorhinoplasty 3 years ago. My breathing is worse and CT scans look similar. Is my septum still deviated? (Photos)

I had a septorhinoplasty in 2022 with turbinate reduction. I have CT scans from before and after the procedure. I see that my turbinates are smaller, but my septum doesn't look that much different to me. Is it still deviated? My breathing is worse now than before surgery, and there is a lot of pain and pressure inside of my nose even 3 years later.
