Do I have a saddle nose deformity post surgery? Will this need to be repaired? (Photos)

Humanax
During the surgery I had a reoccuring hemotoma that we eventually drained on the third try. But as I was healing, I noticed a slight dent in my nose forming. Now I I feel I lost noticable dorsal and tip projection, and my nose still feels sensitive when touched with pressure. Does this look like a saddle nose, or am I just imagining things?
