It looks like you still have a hump, and yes, your tip has losts projection, and also your tip has dropped and sits lower than it was before surgery. The bump probably appears more prominent than it was before surgery because it wasn't changed during surgery, and when the tip loses projection, the bump gets bigger in appearance.
Seems to me you need a revision, to lower the bump, elevate the tip, support the tip's projection, and those changes would remove the impression of the saddle.
These changes are technically difficult, especially in a revision, and most plastic surgeons would not be able to make them for you. You must be careful in your selection of a surgeon, and be certain to have the surgeon make morphs for you to show the goals of the operation, so you can see whether you agree with them.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you are a great candidate for a revision rhinoplasty. Your tip and dorsum both lack support. Maneuvers for your surgery would include dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection, tip elevation, among other maneuvers. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
