Hello, I received a Co2 laser treatment 7 months ago on my face. About 3 months in I realized the rough texture isn’t going away. I have weird holes and lines that weren’t there before, mostly under my eye. I went back to the provider around month 4 and she said it was mila (there were maybe 1 or 2 mila but nothing crazy) and said it takes 6 months to heal. Here we are at 7 months and the texture hasn’t improved at all. Is this permanent? Could it be scarring?
