I have some insecurities regarding my nose flaring up when I speak and smile. It widens out (I even flared it for one of the pictures for an example). I've read about alar reduction which is interesting. I included a side profile picture as well. I don't have any crookedness or bumps to my bone. Will alar reduction fix this or cause any unevenness to my appearance?

Answer: Alarplasty Alarplasty would reduce the flare in the nostrils and can be done awake under local anesthesia. Just be aware that some surgeons do alarplasty routinely while others do them rarely.

Answer: Rhinoplasty My suggestion for your nose is rhinoplasty procedure. Alar flaring is not the only issue. In the photo only lower and middle third of your face is visible. I think total rhinoplasty is the best solution for perfecting your facial harmony.
