Chin Implant - No wings. What result?

During my fellowship in facial plastic surgery, we nearly always used extended implants. Now, I nearly exclusively utilize anatomical chin plants that do not have wings, and this tends to lead to a more feminine appearance to the lower one third of the face. Thank you for this question.
