They are appealing: quick surgery, cheap, outpatient management and veeery easy technical for the surgeon, even the less skilled and experienced can do them, however they have very bad downsides, in practical terms they have short duration due to pain, displacement, visibility, mobility, weird gestures, failing to achive goals, etc

You need direct osseous surgey, called genioplasty; not a double jaw surgery or simple jaw surgery, only chin is treated with genioplasty.
