I’m confused about my options beyond basics (e.g., silicone, size,etc.).I want to minimize wrinkling and potential movement or asymmetry. I want to maximize upper pole fullness and to have the most natural looking and feeling breasts possible. My surgeon is suggesting Natrelle Inspira Cohesive. Are these too firm? My mom has very firm implants post mastectomy. I would like mine to be as soft as possible while fitting the other criteria. Any thoughts on these or suggestions on other types?

Go back to your surgeon and discuss your concerns, but be nice. Your surgeon was trying to get you a nice result and sometimes, saline implants have too many ripples to look good.
You do not have tubular, shaped like tubers, breasts, but they are somewhat small, but a nice size. You may not have enough fat for fat grafting, but implants would do nicely.
