Breast expanders wrong size - what are my options?

At size 32 or 34, each 100 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. At the size 36 or 38, each 200 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. From this, you can determine the amount of volume needed to reach your desired size.

You did not post photos, but you may not be able to have as large of a breast as you want with just implants. The tissue that is left may not support a heavy implant. If you get an implant that is too large, it will bottom out. You could gain more tissue with flaps. Your surgeon is trying to do a good procedure safely for the long term with the tissue you have. This is not just a cosmetic procedure. Discuss other flap options with your surgeon.
