Funny969444,Actually, the Supra (aka direct) brow lift is a much more powerful way to lift the brow than the endoscopic method. The primary drawback is the potential of scarring. The incision angle is important as is the location - it should be at the edge of the top brow hairs. Closure is important as well - you want to have as little tension on the wound as possible. Finally, the way it is closed is important to insure the scar is as thin as possible. Most brow lifts are done for functional purposes, but for those requesting only minor lifts and wanting no scar, you should still consider an endoscopic approach.Hope this helps
You did not say when the surgery was and what the scar looks like. The scar will never totally disappear but may fade to almost invisible over time if made by a skilled surgeon. After that, there is nothing you can do to change the scar. There are advantages and disadvantages of both methods. However, once you have chosen the supra-brow method, you just have to wait for the scar to mature.
You are young and beautiful and do not need any facial surgery. Your photos do show mild hollowness of the lower eyelids causing some shadowing or dark circles. There is a very nice cannula technique which can be used to fill in this hollow reducing your dark circles. This is a quick office...

Thank you for the question and providing the photo! Some degree of facial asymmetry is normal, in fact sometimes people look a bit odd if they are "too symmetric". Based on your photo, I would say the asymmetry falls within a very normal range and probably would not recommend any further...
You need to take all your records (including copies of the operative and office notes) to a plastic or ophthalmic plastic surgeon who specializes in eyelid problems including ptosis (droop). What you have had happen is well known to surgeons specializing in these problems. That is why your first...
This can be done under local anesthesia. If properly done it will lift the entire brow, medial and lateral. It will not leave a noticeable scar since hair grows through and in front of the incision. Make sure you see the actual hairline photos with the hairline totally exposed.
The fact that you had trauma to this area may reveal that the bump is an osteoma. They are commonly found on the forehead. I would recommend a CT scan to make that determination. Using a transcutaneous trichophytic browlift technique, the bump can be removed and the brow lifted at the same time.
