I’m 25 and always have had somewhat hooded lids and deep under eye hollows/tear troughs. I do NOT want filler. I’m starting to notice one side getting a little fat pocket (I think that’s what it is?). On the flip side, I have a bit of a big forehead so I’m not sure if I should opt for brow lift or upper lid surgery. I definitely think a fat transfer for my under eyes could improve my face but wanted opinions. Currently just been getting Botox in the eye area for a subtle lift. Thank you!
