Can scar tissue bump on forehead be removed with brow lift? (photos)

I am a 30 year old female. I want to get a brow lift as my right brow hangs a lot lower then my left and it has always looked horrible to me. Unrelated to my eyebrow shape, when I was young I got hit in the forehead and have a permanent lump of scar tissue under the skin. Is this something that could be corrected and removed with a brow lift? I'm not sure how a brow lift works but I think there is a cut into the scalp to access and pull the muscles and tissues in the forehead?

Upper blepharoplasty would be main procedure you need. Canthoplasty should not be necessary. Brow lift can be considered. It is important to see an expert and discuss realistic goals and risks and benefits.

I would not recommend any bony work for you. You would get an excellent result with Forehead reduction surgery (without a brow lift) and a conservative upper blepharoplasty.

Hello. Hard to tell on pics but may have resected more corrugator muscle on one side. Or may have been there before and more noticeable. If there is a dynamic movement difference then maybe have him try Botox. But without a direct examination hard to tell for sure. Good luck
