Can scar tissue bump on forehead be removed with brow lift? (photos)

Question

I am a 30 year old female. I want to get a brow lift as my right brow hangs a lot lower then my left and it has always looked horrible to me. Unrelated to my eyebrow shape, when I was young I got hit in the forehead and have a permanent lump of scar tissue under the skin. Is this something that could be corrected and removed with a brow lift? I'm not sure how a brow lift works but I think there is a cut into the scalp to access and pull the muscles and tissues in the forehead?

The fact that you had trauma to this area may reveal that the bump is an osteoma. They are commonly found on the forehead. I would recommend a CT scan to make that determination. Using a transcutaneous trichophytic  browlift technique, the bump can be removed and the brow lifted at the same time.

I do this all the time for people.  If the bump is mobile (and it should be if you got hit in the past), then we can usually remove that through a small incision in your hair at the same time that we lift the brows.  Good question!
