1. can a (hairline incision) trichophytic brow lift be done under local anesthetic if the patient is adamant about not going under? 2. does trichophytic brow lift lift the lateral/temporal area of the forehead/brow as well as the mid and inner brow or would a temporal lift have to be added on as an additional procedure? 3. (see pictures) is this amount of lift realistically possible? i'm 32 female (looking to achieve reduced forehead size with this procedure as well)

The fact that you had trauma to this area may reveal that the bump is an osteoma. They are commonly found on the forehead. I would recommend a CT scan to make that determination. Using a transcutaneous trichophytic browlift technique, the bump can be removed and the brow lifted at the same time.
Upper blepharoplasty would be main procedure you need. Canthoplasty should not be necessary. Brow lift can be considered. It is important to see an expert and discuss realistic goals and risks and benefits.
