I’m 21. Will filler help my smile and marionette lines?

I’m 21 with smile lines and have a naturally down turned mouth, and when I smile I seem to have lumps in my marionette area? (pictured) will filler correct this?

fillers can be used to improve the lip corners and lip it self, morpheush, threads and lip corner lift can be done to improve the downturn. sometimes botox for the DAO can also help. I would use daily hydration and plumping (see emeragecosmetics lip essentials kit). everyone can do a little filler when done well really gives nice hydration and plumping. Best, Dr. Emer.

PDO thread would be a better option as you don't want to make this area more fuller but lifted and smooth.

I think filler will just make your jowls more prominent. you can put botox in the 'Depressor Anguli Oris' muscle right there and it will turn the corners of your mouth up as well as improve the jowling.

Yes, filler can help soften marionette lines.  I encourage you to begin by visiting with an experienced injector for an evaluation.  Filler results will be partially seen the day of treatment, with final results seen two weeks later.
