Your post makes it uncertain how many facial procedures you’ve had but it sounds like you’ve had at least three facelifts.
To make an assessment on the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure, we generally need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before, and after pictures and ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took. If you’ve had more than one operation, you should ideally include before and after pictures of each of the previous procedure.
Considering how recent your operation is, I would recommend avoid making any judgments about the outcome at this time. Give yourself a couple of months before jumping to conclusions. At this point I think your situation is much too complex to get an assessment based on a post on this website.
I recommend having multiple in person consultations with senior board-certified plastic surgeons, who have extensive Track records for facial aesthetic surgery.
Revision surgery is many times more difficult than primary procedures and patient should be highly selective when choosing providers for these type of operations. To find the right provider, I suggest patients schedule multiple in person consultations before selecting a provider.
Ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before and after pictures of previous patient had similar facial characteristics to your own.
An experienced provider should have no difficulty showing you the before, and after pictures of at least 50 previous patients.
Being shown a handful of pre-selected images, representing only the best results of a providers career is insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results look like in the hands of each provider or how many of these operations Actually done period of being board-certified, and plastic surgery does not mean somebody is mastered any one single procedure, especially complex procedures regarding facial aesthetics.
The more previous operations as someone has had the more complex the situation is and the more difficult it becomes to restore quality outcomes.
