I have read several reviews of people that experienced worsening of skin conditions after microneedling (with or without PRP). Skin types that appear more affected are dry, sensitive, thin skin, with a porcellane like texture. I would like to have a honest answer by providers about the risks of the procedure, particularly long-term, possibly referring to clinical/scientific studies. Until now, I have seen mainly dismissal of these cases and not answers that address the issue in a scientific way.
