Id suggest trying some botox and lip fillers to get improvement.  if that isnt enough for you you can do a lip surgery for something more permanent.  Please see an expert.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Fillers are a great way to help add volume and symmetry to the lips and typically results last 6-12 months.
