Including a photo would have been really helpful. I perform a high volume of fat transfers to the hip and buttock area on a weekly basis. My success rate is >95%. I do find that if the skin of the hips are "tightly" adherent to the underlying pelvic bone, it may be difficult to get the desired volume.
