Can I undergo liposuction to remove 40 lbs. of fat from my thighs and lower abdomen? Or would you recommend full body? (photos)

I am currently 5'8, 180lbs and used to 140lbs which I would like to go back to. Most of the weight is in my thighs and I have love handles but it seems easier to get rid of fat in my stomach area than lower body. How many procedures would be needed a d what is an estimated cost?

Hello. Great question. At 12 days post op you have yet to see your final results. Swelling is normal. It can take up to six months for all swelling to go down. Keep following your surgeon’s post op instructions.

Best to be evaluated by a general surgeon.  In some cases, a small inguinal hernia never needs repair.  You could have both surgeries done at the same time if your PS approves.  If this is not possible, the inguinal hernia can be repaired first by a general surgeon.  The TT will not be covered ...

Dear amygreen20182019, your surgery was 10 months ago so it is unlikely that your problem is swelling. If you loose some weight, there is a chance that your results will improve. If you are not satisfied with your results, I suggest you to discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon...
