I had a chalazion for 5 months, it was removed 12 days ago. Until yesteday, it looked pretty much the same as before the surgery. Today, it was suddenly less swollen. I still feel a small bump where the chalazion used to be and my skin is red in the same spot. Refering the bump, does it mean that part of the chalazion is still there or is it scarring that'll go away with time? Also, will the redness fade? Finally, is it normal for it to look a bit swollen 12 days after the surgery?
