Butt implants. Can someone tell you have implants when touching you?

Dear Eyecandy,  The butt implants are made of ultra soft silicone. On most patients , who have a decent layer of skin thickness, the butt with the  implants feels very natural.      One of my patients told me that her boy friend said to  her that she has the "nicest butt in town" and he doesn't know that she had butt implants...  On very thin patients, the implants look natural, but feels like when the muscles are being tightened.   You have to realize, that not all results are the same, because, experience, skills and aesthetic eye are critical for good outcome. So, do your due diligence carefully and choose your surgeon wisely, to avoid bad result and need for corrective surgery.   Always, consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeons, who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Most importantly, check the before and after pictures in the photo gallery, to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive with nice 'S' curve, nice projection, round hips, single low incision between the cheeks and natural look.                Best of luck,                                          Dr Widder

This will depend on whether the buttock implants are subfascial or intramuscular and their size. Large subfascial implants are more likely to be detected by palpation. It takes a few months after surgery until the buttocks will feel soft again.

In many patients with adequate soft tissue coverage the buttocks can feel quite natural, but in some with very thin coverage, they may be palpable.
